The Fogelnest Files has become one of my favorite Earwolf offerings lately, Fogelnest is great at finding interesting stuff and the Andy Kindler episode through the Sklar Brothers episode hit a great groove recently. I do agree on the Eddie Pepitone one, he was weighing it down a lot. If like, that Eddie Deezen thing cropped up with a better guest, I could see it spiraling into something really fun, but they had to slow down and explain who Eddie Deezen was to Pepitone and Pepitone was like "this guy! he knows a lot of '80s references!" and ground everything to a halt.

I really like the Fogelnest Files - if nothing else, he's great at aggregating clips, and outside of the Eddie Pepitone episode (which wasn't his fault) he seems really good at getting the full use out of the material. His radio voice isn't the best (and I hate the way he says Earwolf as "Earwoof") but it's not THAT bad.

199, 200, and 203 are all really solid too. Also I wouldn't say Martin Starr's podcast poison, but he's sure dead weight. He was on an episode of The Fogelnest Files a while ago where he just said like two things the entire time and had to be prompted for those.

Echoing this, getting behind the scenes stuff of when things go wrong like the Pepsi Next and Snus ad stuff and how you handled it shows the mindset that makes Earwolf so consistently high-quality. I really liked episode one of Denzel Washington is the Greatest Actor Ever, I'm just not sure about the idea of them going through alphabetically after The Equalizer - I feel like pre-planning stuff even if it wasn't in a set order might work better, since like Training Day could be a big finale (of Denzel films at least) but they're going to like have the huge Training Day episode and then do Unstoppable and then something called Virtuosity on the wind down. That, I Was There Too, and Maltin on Movies (listening to it now and really liking it) are going to be something I listen to every week, Happy Sad Confused seems pretty good (although I listened to the Woody Allen back episode to judge, not the new one), and Get Up On This is pretty fun and I'm glad it's escaped Kevin Smith's network. Crybabies is the only other new one that really piques my interest, but this is a pretty awesome launch.
