I hated the stupid OK YOU HAVE THE KEY THING NOW RUN BACK THROUGH THE ENTIRE LEVEL REALLY FAST bullshit they introduced in 4. But I like Shake it! a lot in spite of how retardedly hard some of the secret levels are.

I liked Wario Land 3 a lot, gently caress the haters. You constantly get treasures which change or unlock parts of earlier levels, and things are totally different between day and night. 2 was ok but I hated the bullshit memory game thing you had to do to get map pieces that basically did nothing. I feel bad for the poor souls who have never played Virtual Boy Wario Land, it's probably my favorite of the lot. I can take or leave 4, I wasn't a big fan of losing treasure when getting hit, since it made getting gold crowns a pain in the rear end. I still never got a gold crown on that volcano level on hard because of that. Not that the crowns really did anything.

That game would have been pretty good had it not been for the inappropriate, stupid touchscreen minigames you had to do to open chests. The platforming and transformations were fun.

I just watched trailers for Trine 2 and Little Inferno, and I have some questions: first, what does Trine 2 play like? It looks like a fantasy type 2D side scrolling platformer. Is it fun? Is there a story? I don't really know anything about it. Does Little Inferno have a plot? Is there some kind of puzzle-solving element to it? Are you like, solving a mystery or something? Or are you just burning poo poo. It looks kinda neat but I'm not sold yet.

Mostly you do burn poo poo but yes, there is a plot. It's not a mystery. I'll probably check it out, it seems pretty cool and unique. I got a $20 gift card to Amazon for Christmas from my aunt, and was very angry to find out I couldn't spend it on an eshop card

Occupy Mushroom Kingdom Can we talk about how awesome Fluidity Spin Cycle is? Because it's really awesome. I like that it's split up into puzzle-stages, it lets them do a bigger variety of puzzles and not have to worry about a coherent map and all that bullshit from the first game. Also the rainbow sprites are

Little Inferno has an incredible sense of humor. It's well worth playing through at least once. There are like 4-5 puzzles that are incredibly stupid and obscure but other than those it's not super hard to figure out.

You can only connect your NNID to one 3DS. It says this in big bold letters when you connect for the first time. It also said 3DS Miiverse does not support friend requests AT THIS TIME, which I assume means they'll add full functionality later.

It's not like they can just copy/paste the Wii VC games to the WiiU, they have to add in gamepad support and all that poo poo. I have no idea how hard that is but to get a ton of games out a week I suspect they'd need a team working on just that all day to keep up. Not that I like how slow this is, but releasing the whole Wii VC lineup would take a long time regardless.
