I've been hearing a lot of stuff about how this is clearly Evangelion The Movie!!!!! but it reminds me a lot more of Big O, at least the way the robots and monsters move and the fights seem to be playing out. Big Slow Earthshattering punches and stuff like that.

Which is great because Big O is the best thing.

The X-men Origins: Wolverine game was actually really drat good and significantly better than the movie.

But obviously that's the exception rather than the rule.
