So like a month ago I was on the campus board practicing crimps and missed a hold. Now I have very limited strength in my pinkie and ring finger on my left hand when I climb and they feel like they are kind of numb almost constantly. If my hand gets cold I can't really close those two fingers. The numbness and strength thing comes and goes though. Should I be really worried about this, looking around I think it might be the ulnar nerve is damaged or maybe a stained tendon? Anyone have something similar to this? Please don't tell me I can't climb for six months.
