I'm interested, money is fine if its not to high (10 would be good)

Here's a crazy idea, keep the player pool the same across both leagues but have very small rosters (QB,RB,WR,TE,FLEX, IDPs?) and only a few bench spots (2 or 3) to force alot of churn. We should be able to accomplish this via divisions on ESPN and do one massive draft and only play interdivision and have a champ on champ matchup in week 17. Crazy idea but could be interesting.

Thought to fix the up/down keeper problem:

All of the players on the teams going down are put into a pool and a three (2?) round draft is held by the players going up to choose their keepers options. The rosters being drafted lock at the end of the season to stop any shenanigans of dropping all players and picking up a bunch of kickers. Thoughts?

Just want to check, how many max keepers can you keep each year and when would the deadline to choose to keep them be (week/month before the draft?)

The maximum would be 20 players next year. (Keeping rounds 2-21 as 2014 rounds 1-20, only drafting round 21 for 2014. Starting 2015 and onwards, though, you'd be forced to start releasing some of those players.)

We haven't set a keeper deadline yet. I would probably need more than a week pre-draft in order to prepare for the supplemental draft for the three promoted teams.

Cool, one last question - what round would a waiver wire pickup be considered for keeping, 21?
