Whenever I think of alternative mounts for screens, I think of Ergotron. This unit will support up to 70 pounds of TV - but it's $400 from the maker. For that budget you should be able to get a good 42" TV. 40" and you'll wish you got bigger, 37" is extinct, and 32" is too small. The next size up, 46"/47", is the next price tier up.

I'm trying to find an inexpensive stand for a 32" LCD TV. Not a wall mount, but a desk stand. Preferably under $100. I thought I found one at staples.com so I ordered it, but when it arrived I found it has to be drilled into the desk/table you're using. Any leads on a freestanding TV stand?

I've been asked to suggest a TV that will be used as a monitor, primary purpose for presentations. Won't be used as a TV but may be used for video games. 60-72" and will be wall mounted. Prefer a less expensive model that is still good quality. I haven't yet been told a budget for this, but I'm open to suggestions in any case.
