Here's Matt Hardy's vanity title (not really, but it should be) I really liked this OVW title. It's like they combined the early 90's belt with the Attitude era belt.

You know, from the moment he had that heroin arrest, I'd pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I'd probably be reading about his death sooner than later. So the news today didn't really shock me too badly. But, like you said here, this basically being his middle age is really kind of stunning. I worry about how this will affect Ric. On a much happier note... Picturing the guy he's holding up flailing around is putting the biggest grin on my face. From Mad Magazine.

Jerusalem posted:I love that Heyman treats Lesnar and Punk differently. With Lesnar he always seems to have this kind of half-fear that Lesnar is going to break loose and annihilate everything around him, and he'll even warn his enemies not to screw with Brock because holy poo poo have you seen what this thing can do? But with Punk he has this near-adoration thing going on, he's just so impressed with everything Punk does and just happy to be along for the ride. I've always thought of it as Heyman behaves differently with them because he finds Punk easier to manipulate. He can get Punk to do what he wants by massaging his ego (most of the time). With Brock, while he probably does manipulate him in some fashion, mostly it's just that, for whatever reason, this big frigging monster actually likes Paul and he's able to take advantage of that, but for the most part it's just this force of nature. He can't reason with it. It's like being friends with a hurricane. Perry Normal fucked around with this message at 05:09 on Apr 7, 2013 |

For most of its existence, The JBL and Cole Show has been 30 highly entertaining seconds surrounded by five minutes of repugnant drivel. The week this picture is from, Bryan's terrible magic act provided the 30 seconds. Regal assisted.

Fazana posted:I find this a little harsh, the Cole bashing is usually amusing and the horribly acted "celebrity" videos they have each week are usually great for all the wrong reasons with this weeks awful delivery by Brad Gilbert being a great example. I've always found JBL's Cole bashing was extra lazy on the show. Like even lazier than his Josh Matthews bashing. Just kind of annoying yelling and I'm usually a pretty big fan of JBL. I'll freely admit that I haven't watched at all since the Superstar Search thing ended though, so maybe it's gotten better?

For years I thought it was the shittiest finisher ever. "What a bullshit move. Why are all these people being knocked out by an impact to the knees?" Years later, I actually noticed the head positioning and how it's actually a stunner/neckbreaker type move. If JR or someone had spent 20 seconds explaining it, I wouldn't have spent years thinking Victoria had the shittiest finisher ever.
