Wiki says that directly led to a change in Billboard rules so that the two Ain't It Funny releases counted as different songs when they put out the remix the next year.

I'm really looking forward to hearing how this turns out. 1989 is so much heavier on Obvious Production Choices than the albums she's re-recorded so far, and both Wildest Dreams tv and This Love tv sounded fairly different from the originals. Maybe Bad Blood tv will be tolerable??

It'd be surprising if she was just picking songs up and re-recording them wholesale without changes. They're probably old ideas that were at various stages of completeness and get dusted off, reworked, have some lyrics changed. But at the same time you can see how some songs do fit anachronistically. I believe that "Mr. Perfectly Fine" actually existed in the Fearless era. She had a scrapped song idea that included the phrase "casually cruel", and then re-used that phrase when she actually put out All Too Well a few years later.

I’m a little burned out on the Swiftening It's been 18 months, less of a gap than between Lover and Evermore (somehow!), but we did also get an ~album's worth of new content with the bonus tracks to Speak Now and 1989 TV. After a few listens, I'm really fond of The Black Dog, and the title track with the cringey lyrics is one of the more memorable tracks, really disappointed in the Florence track.
