Reads like it was lifted straight out of a composition book. I do know that there is a really bizarrely high number of 14-15 year olds who get parental consent for tattoos in the village near me (I am not sure of the legality of such practices, but there you have it) and their tattoos are about this caliber of "IT MEANS SO MUUUCH TO MEEEEE".
