CommissarMega posted:Part of the fun for me is trying to figure out how to pronounce what they're saying. Since all I have to go on are the 'Kahen Kilon Siika' and 'UFOPORNOOO' videos, this is quite the challenge You can type it into Google Translate and have it read it out to you to get a general idea. Edit: Marisa appears to be speaking in a dialect that Google Translate doesn't quite understand though. Cernunnos fucked around with this message at 17:12 on Mar 29, 2013 |

OK even I can tell you that if you have a mechanic where you get power-ups by collecting point/power items you probably shouldn't have your bombs turn every loving bullet that hits it into an item.

I've always liked Necro-Fantasy more than Necrofantasia. Mostly because Necro-Fantasy has a much better buildup IMO.

I still say that IN is easier than PCB because Stage 4 in IN doesn't drag on for nearly 10 minutes. Seriously that is the worst part of PCB for me. It feels like the stage never ends and by the time Lily White flies in I feel like I should be on the Stage 5 Boss.

If all the Windows games went on Steam I'd buy them in a heartbeat. Doubly so if there was a discounted bundle package. Hell I'd buy a few extra copies of IN to gift to friends. I'd be broke but happy.

Kheldragar posted:What artist is that from? I recognise the art style from another comic about Koishi drawing a picture for Satori during Christmas, and that one was in Finnish as well. They're all from Setz. He has stuff on Pixiv (though the comics have no translation here). Not sure where else his stuff is. Also the Artist tag is right there.

He could hire Zari-gani from the SA-GCCX team to translate the games. That would be pretty cool actually. Tengames posted:Other direction, 10 zun art steam trading cards to collect in order to craft a hat badge to unlock original sprite emoticons. I normally don't give a poo poo about Steam trading cards (or the things they unlock) other than I can get pocket change from them when I have them, but I would actually try to get these. Or at least buy the emoticon on the marketplace. :nignog:

BlitzBlast posted:I'm just morbidly fascinated with how much money and time Avshalom is willing to spend attempting to troll a thread barely anybody follows. FYAD/GBS trolls probably have as much expendable income as most Trad Games posters but spend it even more frivolously. That said they can keep padding Lowtax's bottom line as much as they want. Maybe we'll get a (fully) functional site/server out of them someday.

Hedera Helix posted:I've been playing Perfect Cherry Blossom again, to try and get a 1cc with Marisa A, and I'm so rusty I can't make it past the fourth stage without getting a game over. Stage 4 of PCB is some kind of ridiculous endurance test or something. It goes on and on and on and on and... you get the idea. I've never been to Stage 5 of that game myself. Half the time I can't even get to the Prismrivers for how long Stage 4 drags on. Prismrivers!

Hypochondriac Patchouli leaves battles not because she can't finish it but because she started coughing and has to run to her books to see what her "symptoms" all add up to.
