So is Ruler of the Night/Vampire ability of the Scarlets with Parasol bugged or am I missing something? I have the Parasol equipped on a Day stage equipped but the ability is not activating.

Any chance some of this imbalance gets patched? AKA has the dev addressed game imbalances with patches before or just bugs? Playing though FMW2 again since I want a playthough with Marisa as main so I have time. Apparently ng+ saves do not transfer and all I had were Reimu game clears.
