They couldn't even be arsed to use the same color for the hair in the portrait and sprite on the three girls you visited. I get the feeling this is but a small dink compared to the rest of the game.

Graphost had black armor in his chat portrait, fuchsia with black trim on the overland sprite, and fabulous magenta plate on the battle sprite. Just a little inconsistent.
