So regarding the FDA article I am confused. When they say 12 cases have been potentially linked to Orijen, do they mean 12 cases in the whole of the USA?

I have always fed my 2 year old Japanese Spitz the original orijen biscuits and started our new pup on the large breed orijen biscuits. I live in New Zealand so choices are super limited but I am really reluctant to change if only 12 cases have been linked to Orijen.
