My old laptop is finally starting to die, and now I'm looking for something that can handle a lot of hours of mostly low-key usage, but is also capable of playing HD videos and maybe the occasional game of Civ5 or Starcraft 2. This refurb Lenovo looks like a really good deal to me: http://outlet.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/outlet_us/LenovoPortal/en_US/catalog.workflow:item.detail?GroupID=445&Code=4376XF7 I was hoping to find something roughly 13 or 14 inches but a little lighter than my current laptop because I drag it back and forth to work every day. Am I missing any reasons for why this isn't a really good deal at less than $400?

I've been out of the 'knowing what hardware is good or bad' game for a long time, but new laptop time is coming up fast. If I'm looking for something that can play mostly strategy games like Humankind and Stellaris on good settings, looks professional enough that I can take it into the office without looking like I'm setting up a laser light show, and won't fall apart in a year, are any of the following particularly good options? Or trap options? Or is there something else I should look at instead? Max budget is 1200ish. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-ome...p?skuId=6479079 https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-r...p?skuId=6469273 https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo...p?skuId=6455136
