I'm thinking of replacing my laptop that I use in my media rack. I don't know how old it is, but it's J3355 cpu struggles to even play Foobar.

It's intended use is Main PC > LAN > Laptop > AVR > TV/surround sound so it's gpu doesn't matter (unless hardware acceleration?) but I want to use it to handle 4k HDR H265 video and other things so what level of cpu should I be looking for?

I hear a Nvidia Shield could work but I'd rather stick to Windows 10.
