My boss wants a new laptop for MS Office, general web surfing, and a proprietary .net application. Can't be an Apple, unfortunately. No real heavy lifting, and it will be plugged in most of its life on a desk. I was thinking something like a refurbished Thinkpad T410. Anyone have any other recommendations under $600? (I'm an Apple guy, so I don't really know what's out there these days!)
