He was a very happy boy this morning after we got to chase/stalk a herd of deer for about 200yds in the park. They would run off, we’d give chase down the trail until they got away. Sprint up, stop, let him listen, and he found them every time. It helped that we were flushing them along the park boundary, which is bordered by a subdivision on that side. Outdoor cats are a menace to society. I got home from work Monday and saw Oreo Shake licking some bite wounds in his butt, so a cat had to have gotten into the dog run while I was at work. He loves to dig into cat turds, so maybe he was trying to get to the source. Before  After

I know I’ve said this before, but it’s always so great to see Pongo so happy and thriving. You’ve given him such a lovely life and I hope you two get to share it for many, many years. I know I don’t post ITT with pics of my boys on account of how the Awful app doesn’t do Imgur anymore, but both Lando and Apollo are well. We had a big scare with Apollo a few months ago when he got bloat and had to have emergency surgery, but he’s made a complete recovery and is doing well. Lando continues to be the best big brother ever and is a handsome boy approaching 8 years old. I like to joke he’s in his George Clooney era.

I made a thrower for my doggos Nice and long for a good throw.  And collapses to less than 10" for bringing it to/from the field. Much nicer than carrying a long chuckit, even the folding ones. It works really great, I've made a couple versions but this is the first one I'm comfortable showing off. If you have access to a 3d printer and want one, shoot me a DM and I'll share the files. I'd really appreciate some constructive criticism on it before I post it for the general public.
