Boonies? poo poo, you can do that right here in DC. A family had a lost dog in one of the parks and they brought in some contractor with bloodhounds to search for their buddy. Never did hear what happened with him, but his flyers came down. Hope he was ok. :ohdear:

Any pro tips for transporting dogge over long distances (4ish hours by car)? My lab gets car sick just driving to the vet that's five minutes away, and the idea of driving to see family is exhausting. Rather not leave her with the pet sitter if it can be avoided.

It's not terrible, the other day she took the trip to the vet and did ok. But the previous times she would vomit, typically on the ride back to the house.
