Yea, if you read the text for the challenge, it explains that to get the takedown option it has to be an armed enemy.

I think you just need to be more vigilant with counters than you do in the others, because you cant fit in as many attacks without getting hit in this one.

Man I just tried to do this on a goon in the Deadshot fight and it just called it a silent takedown. Dunno where the hell I'll do it now, what genius decided challenge maps shouldn't count for completing challenges...

Pretty sure i just snuck up and did a silent takedown on whatever goon was standing and staring at the batarang. "It looks like something from outerspace"

Did anyone else notice anything off looking about the facial animations in CCH? I've only played a little bit of it so far, but every character looks really loving strange when they talk, something I never noticed previously in any Arkham game. It just kind of looks like an invisible force is pulling their mouths around at random, with no real connection to what they're saying.

How are all these super thuggish escaped convicts and gang members supposed to act? I thought Catwoman's characterisation was pretty cheesy and lame, but the constant "bitch bitch bitch" stuff from the goons is pretty much poo poo you'd expect people like that to be saying.

Unless you're a huge baby and you can't handle any modification to the combat or counter system. Then it's "batman screwing up" or "bugged combat" or blah blah, this game is now objectively bad.

I just replayed AC and I almost never used a beatdown on an armoured thug, because it's so easy to just punch other dudes 5 times and use the takedown. On the other hand, countering everyone who runs at you while casually pummelling some poor thug into paste is one of the best things in a game ever. Ip(bat)Man

I'm glad I like the Joker cos i would be legit happy if he came back in AK, despite the amount of hate he gets in this thread. PS. sup 660 krew  Currently wondering if I should just say gently caress it and get a ps4 or spend the moeny towards upgrading my rig :/
