I like this way more than anyone should love presentation music from the late 70s and early 80s

I made this for playing Elite: Dangerous to but it might find use here.
A radio station I put together. The theme is 'future 80s'

Can't really make a Spotify playlist, since I'm sure a quarter of the songs I posted aren't on Spotify. drat though /\ now I gotta go through that playlist, in order to update mine.

Keep the music coming! I DJ about one gig per month and love being able to mix it up with some funky, synth grooves.

Sunglasses Kid, Robert Parker and Matt Kwid should be right up your alley with the funk stuff. The worst is when people put up a track but give you no way to buy it or download it, and like you say Spotify or Google Music and other streaming services will only have a fraction of what's out there.
Here are those artists I mentioned and some other ones I found that I am not sure have been mentioned yet.

Same, but I hate it. Whoever cut the trailer deserves an award, they make it look somewhat interesting but it turns out the trailer is essentially the film with all the long pauses cut out. It's a bad film, made badly by people who've seen good films and think that qualifies them to make something along those lines. So utterly out of their depth, and the cinematography was a nightmare full of technical headaches.

Soundtrack is good though.

I wish there was something that did the neon landscape some justice but without the added humour. Kung Fury was shite, Moonbeam City is fun but they felt it had to be an out and out comedy (which is fair, it's a Comedy Central show after all), Turbo Kid is really fun but again it relies on humour. I wanna see a ton of 80s throwback that's done completely straight, it can be over the top still but not in a "we need to add actual jokes to this" way.

I have a fantasy of making a movie or TV miniseries based in the Shadowrun universe as it was described in second and third editions. Cyberdecks, wires, chunky keyboards, future-80s hair, chrome eyeballs, elf wizards with way too much hairspray so they all look like David Bowie. :allears:
In my head it's so cool~

this, but with Cyberpunk 2020 so it excises all of the extraneous fantasy bullshit that ruins Shadowrun

Woah there fella, the fantasy bullshit is what made Shadowrun cool as all hell don't make me fight you

I moved the radio station I put together off of radionomy. You know what's (not) cool is when the same rotation of Progressive Auto insurance and Sam Adams commercials bombard you every half hour. They started inserting them and there is no way in hell that's ok.

You in Windows? Drop to command line (win key+r then type cmd), go to the main folder and type

Dir /s > MP3.txt

This'll spit out a text file of that folder and all sub folders. Remove the /s if you don't need the subs.

Thanks!
So I have a list but it's fairly gnarly in places. I suppose if you ask for the details missing in this paste I'll be able to tell you. Some of them had no tags anyway but I'll be able to hook you up with whatever info you need probably.

A gift for all friends, I've changed some stuff around and made the station real pretty. 95 hours of music now.
