You can bypass this by using any US address as long as you aren't getting something physically delivered to you (also, try not to use the White House either). It's a loophole and Amazon knows about it but they've turned a blind eye. Also, use a state with no taxes on digital products to avoid taxes (I used New Hampshire). I'm Canadian btw.
