I asked the same thing in the general questions thread but thought it'd be good to ask here I need some ideas for baked eggs for my cafe menu, we only do Spanish (chorizo, onion, bacon, leek, mushroom and spinach) and Ricotta right now and wanted to have a variety in the menu refresh.

So my boss owes me 3 weeks of pay from last year and I've asked him when he is going to pay me (and the other staff he owes money too) and he doesn't have a definite answer.
