I've only built simple things in my life (tables, chairs, a bar once). . . but now I'm looking into building a wall. You'd think this would be an easy process.

On the gardening front, it is a pain to start it up, but my fall garden is growing decently, and I'm working on building some "convertible" greenhouses over two of my beds which I can hopefully pump a little heat into in order to do winter tomatoes or something.

Hate it, hate it until you have to force it into something new. This is one of the reasons I enjoy working in ableton, I'm learning more about it, but it also makes it easier for me to just gently caress with things.

Since there are still people talking caps, I shall state I learned what a capacitor was when my evil best friend was walking toward me in the hall at school when I was 12 and went "hey buddy, catch" Later in that year we worked on stun guns based on disposable cameras, and one other friend still has scars from that.

It's actually in front of a slide up garage door that goes into my goon hovel, i let sound bleed out from the back, and feed the signal through a 40 foot HDMI cable to a 3d projector I picked up off of woot for like a buck sixty. I measured the door, and searched screens that would physically fit, there is about a 1/2" of clearance on each side of the screen housing, and I get ~100" screen effective. Tested the 3d last night with friends, cheap projector so IR sync doesn't work, but DLP Link works perfectly with downloaded files and youtube shits. **Edit** ![]() granted this poo poo is ghetto as gently caress right now (gotta have that fabric there cause there is a street lamp right across the street that causes annoyance, working on a more professional solution, but this is good for testing). I also have plans for screening in the carport, cause you just can't live in the south without a screened in porch. enotnert fucked around with this message at 22:13 on Apr 20, 2014 |

On a few occasions, last time was after the old lady got her hip replaced (her husband hasn't really been able to navigate stairs for 5-6 months at all, and she does with difficulty) and she warned me her kids, and grandkids would probably be about and to make sure I had something on if I heard folks in the backyard. Glad I did, came out one afternoon, and her 15 year old grand daughter was hanging over the fence petting my dogs, and wanted to talk about chiptune music that I was working on. I plan on putting a gate on the one along the back, cause even if they pass, if their kids move in, their kids are pretty cool, but walking around naked in sight of a child, or anyone who has an issue with it = no bueno. She's told her kids about me, in the case they move back. . . but like I said, they're cool too, and I'd hate to lose a good neighbor cause of a privacy fence, but I'd hate more to lose a neighbor, getting arrested, and put on a registry because their children saw me cutting the grass wearing nothing but boots.
