It's one of those peculiar voice changes though... In Slime Princess' first couple appearances she didn't say anything and just giggled and seemed dumb. Now with bamford's voice she sounds mature and cognizant.

I assure you the average viewer does not remember SP's first appearances.

I know the conversation has been beaten to death but What Was Missing was one of the first episodes I saw and I thought it was really cool a cartoon had a gay couple so I decided to watch other episodes and liked it. Those are my thoughts thanks for reading.

And I'm apparently the only person who hates all the artsy songs that the characters sing, so the only thing I liked about the episode is when they did a wipe from the door lord being happy that they understood him to a shot of him tied up and beaten to get their stuff back.

Looking back it's not a great episode by any means. But at the time I think it was only the second episode I had seen, and I was impressed by a cartoon willing to portray a homosexual relationship and it got me to watch more of the series, which of course is awesome.

Then I registered here and was really confused by people vehemently opposed to even the idea that PB and Marceline could have ever been a couple.
