Jozy Altidore is twice the man he was at Hull City, and will score Two goals in the 2013/14 PL.

I'm wondering if I should be concerned with my prediction of Two Goals, tbh

Someone voted 2 after the deadline, does this mean they might win, instead of me, if Jozy manages to beat the odds and triple his career Premier League scoring total?

Why did I say two goals. I'm an idiot tbh

That's technically off-topic, but I appreciate the reminder of how unrelentingly poo poo Jozy Altidore is in competitive matches outside the Netherlands. I look forward to seeing him not play at home versus Mexico.

I liked near the end of the game, when someone managed to put in a good cross toward Jozy, who was in perfect position to score had he not fallen onto his rear end a second earlier

This cyberbullying might be negatively affecting Jozy's form, which may be an unfair advantage if any of these bullies have him scoring 0 goals in the Jozy Altislore Challenge. Very troubling, would like the OP to weigh in.

I found myself watching Dutch league football at 5am. I’d set four alarms, roll off my bed, and open my computer into Western Europe. Some nights I wouldn’t sleep, and I’d stare into the night, desperate to be sure I could enter that world. Sleep, sleep, tweet, goal, sleep. But when my eyes opened on those early mornings, the sense of achieved consciousness didn’t arrive. I felt myself half-dreaming, somewhere far away from a college dorm. I was somewhere in the elusive heart of Holland, with Jozy Altidore as my guide. It’s less strange than it sounds.

I liked the bit at the end, I'm sure Bosnian supporters are still traumatized over Jozy's performance in a goddamn friendly, and they certainly aren't thinking about something more useful, like the fact that they have a very good shot at getting past the WC group stage (unlike Jozy's team), or something.

I like that it "isn't a question of whether or not Altidore will make it now", followed by a mention that his stint in Holland was literally his only stint even remotely successful.
