drat, most things are so 'plasticy' these days. I can't find many meaningful moments. Like in Robo-2 where Robo reclaims some of his humanity as the drug kingpin kid dies in his arms reaching out for the father he never had with murphy as a surrogate. Poignant stuff. I can't see that getting past a focus group in favour of more explosions or a super-obvious-for-the-audience-we-have-no-respect-for  "HUD says: I'm feeling saaaad".
