A tattoo constitutes a legally binding contract as far as I know, so she is War Machine's property. Serious question though, has she had that tattoo lasered off yet? I know it's expensive and might've forced her to take more time off of work than she'd want, but you figure after a break up you'd get the tattoo that says you belong to them removed.
