Would there be an easy (and/or straightforward) way for the app to include the polls that are in some posts, or at least an indicator that voting is present? I mostly use the app and am often surprised when I use a browser and find that there's a vote going on. Yeah, it's often just a joke poll, but I've definitely missed some that were legitimate where I assumed the thread was just more casually discussing the topic at hand.

I get the same thing on mine (Moto G6 Play) but it very obviously got way worse after my system update a week or so back. Same as a lot of other apps, so I figured it was related to that.

 Here's a weird bugaboo I ran into today, if you have some text highlighted in a thread, its popup menu apparently supercedes menus you open in the app even when the text itself is covered, which makes accessing the menu confusing. Not sure if that's on the app or android end, but figured I'd mention it just in case.

Works for me too, every time some basic function like that breaks for me, it turns out that updating Chrome fixes it through the magic of [guesses at technological words in attempt to sound knowledgeable] shared libraries.

I noticed a new bug while I was in cat jail earlier, the app's "on probation until..." message doesn't match the one in a browser. Now it updates to the current time every time you refresh. Something to do with the changes Jeffrey made to fix the server times not too long ago I guess.

I guess this is somewhere between an app question and a general android one, but I've been getting a fair number of instances lately where the app completely hangs on loading a thread and has to be killed manually. It's updated, Chrome is updated, and I generally sorta suspect it's more my phone than the app, but I know essentially nothing about tracking down these issues' root causes on phones compared to Windows. Is there a good way to look somewhere that helps me look at error logs or something to see if it's twisted to the app vs the phone just being lovely?

I just realized the app's imgur uploader refuses to work with .webp images despite imgur itself hosting them. Is that something that might be an easy fix for some update?

Update posted:Fixed probation time parsing although sadly I didn't notice the update until after my probe ran out.Also I was asking about imgur uploader .webp support earlier, but I just found out that the actual imgur upload site does not support them despite imgur itself commonly hosting them  So, uh, nevermind.

I know this is getting a bit outside of the app itself, but on my older phone (that I've deactivated and just use for browsing and stuff) the app doesn't recognize mp4 files for uploading to imgur, they're just grayed out and unselectable. I've updated the app and Chrome but that still happens. Just curious if there's something else obvious the app uses that I can update, no worries if it's something that'd take too much troubleshooting outside of it to figure out.

The "view posts by user" option appears to be having some issues in the app, I initially get the full list of pages with "page number you requested does not appear in this thread" and then the thread just stops loading if I try to step through additional pages. But then it seems to work correctly if I select the same option for another user before I get to the loading problem though.

The "search this thread" function almost never seems to work for me when I use it, even when I double check that the exact same search from a browser gives results. I was playing around with multiple threads and got the same results (e.g. code:Curiously enough, I'd planned to use this thread as the example, but searching for "Samsung" here is one of the times it actually gives results

It's kinda funny, this wasn't a problem in my old phone, but I got a new one last week and most of the options disappeared when I highlight words now. Now the only options I get are copy/share/select all, no additional buttons or anything. Same ostensible os, android 11, aside from whatever background differences there are between phones. In short,
