There hasn't been a show that has made me want to learn how to make gifs like this one! I may even actually learn!

GifCam.exe - simplifies the most annoying part, then you can just gently caress around with it in gif editing software of your choice.

VirtualDub is better because you can do all the cropping / editing / resampling in one place.

Only problem with VirtualDub is learning to use VirtualDub. GifCam is significantly easier to start out with.
