No throttling at all! For residential customers, there's a 1TB transfer cap... but it's not very strictly monitored at the moment.

Actually, there are several just here in Utah.

Check the Salt Lake City speedtest servers. I know we have 10gig feeding ours here at UTOPIA, and I think XMission and UEN have 10gig.
