Clear. I'm getting off them. Usually falls between 12-22mbit down and 1-2 up. I'm upset that they got bought out by Sprint and no longer offer the plan. Also their wimax towers are being converted to LTE. It's possible in 2014 they may bring back the service but I think the next year on Clear is gonna suck.

I really like how reliable it's been, but I'm starting to have issues with throttling I think.
I'm switching to the 30/5 Time Warner plan, regrettably.

I think I'm paying 49/mo.
