Oraculum and A Thousand Details are the tracks I've listened to individually (had Oraculum as my ringtone for a while) but usually I go for the entire album. Really excited to listen to this new thing.

Ghosts is #1 and Dragon Tattoo #3 on my most-listened-to-albums list, mostly because it's just excellent background music for programming or reading.
