Its continuing mission: to explore strange new glitches, to seek out new spice and new dumb celebrations, to boldly blow like no one has blown before Welcome to PS4 Parmos! What is Parmos? Parmos FC is SA's premier team-based multiplayer sports club. In other words, we're a handful of goons that play a rather depressing amount of FIFA Pro Clubs mode. It involves fried chicken, white sauce, fries and for some reason, sometimes cabbage. I guess that's their salad. Here's a photo:  What is Pro Clubs? Pro Clubs is the best mode in any sports game ever. Basically, you make a Virtual Pro, pick a position, and go play matches alongside other goons. Most of the time we fill up the striker and wing positions first, some people prefer playing midfield, it's really up to you. Here's what a VP looks like:  The remaining players are controlled by AI, which are in turn controlled by whoever is captain. How do I join? Despite being a next-gen console, my guess is the process in the PS4 version of FIFA 14 will be nearly identical. In that case, you will just have to create a Virtual Pro, search for Parmos FC, and send a transfer request. What position should I play? Whatever you want, it's a pretty fluid situation up front and in the midfield, and defensive positions are always available. It's PS4, so my guess is we won't draw nearly as many people as on PS3. That said, the core of our group has been playing together since FIFA 11, so regardless, a good time will be had. When does Parmos play? We generally play after work, anywhere from 5-11PM EST, and any time on weekends, generally late into the night. Do I need a mic? A nice thing about the PS4 is that it will come with a headset, so we will be able to hear every insufferable little poo poo that the PSN has to offer. Also, we'll be able to blast Bailamos every time we score. Other stuff I will add to this post on Friday when the system launches with links to the club page and all that. Maybe some more photos. You can re-buy all the boosts in the store and get up to 80, but I'm also level 68 in EASFC, most of those levels coming from FIFA 13. So I had to blow like 20k coins on the boosts. I'm getting this whenever Amazon gets the damned game back in stock. This will be my second FIFA but it's been a long, long time and I'm fairly certain that I'll be pretty god damned awful. Can I get in on a position like fullback or something that I hopefully won't completely screw everyone else?

Just make your guy a midfielder, you'll always have at least one or two other Parmos players there as well, and I usually play very deep. Simple passes and moving into space are all you really need to focus on early on, as your pro will be a bit poo poo stat-wise. You get accomplishments quickly though, and once you're out of the 70's and in the low 80's you'll also have enough games under your belt to take advantage of that increase in skill.

If I get PS4 on release, I'll be picking this up along with Battlefield 4. I probably will, who knows. I'm 50/50. Didn't play this or last years edition of Fifa but was pretty solid in all games before. Looking forward to it.

Maybe I missed this in the coverage of the PS4 but I hit the share button and realized it had saved my previous exhibition match that I quit at halftime and the match I just played in online seasons. This is loving ridiculous, we may never miss a great goal again, and great games can be saved. You know, for the DVD also this just in, Real Madrid is still busted in this game.
