Why does Rick accuse Jerry of betraying him to the galactic federation, when Rick turned himself under the guise of Jerry? Rick obviously cares deeply about actual acts of betrayal (Gearhead, Mr. Needful), so I don't know why he'd accuse Jerry of such when it'd be unnecessary and somewhat out of character?

I mean, Jerry has never been a patriarch. That's why there's an interdimensional daycare center devoted to his infinite selves.
