Hey, Revolution didn't seem completely terrible  SuperDanny2 had some cute ideas, even though the execution sucked.Would love to see a Zelda fangame that isn't completely horrifying. But I'm guessing if programmers can't figure out how to get us to shoot robots properly, having to design an actual dungeon probably would give them an aneurysm.

Rock Force is a solid game and the stages are all a lot of fun with neat gimmicks. Except for the Quick Lasers.

I've only ever played mega man 2 and 8 through completion. I loved the bosses in x4 but the disk I rented was scratched and janky. That said they're generally super challenging and I thank you all for playing through their fangames in my stead.

I've been making good progress at MMRF and it's hugely enjoyable. The special weapons are for the most part really useful, too (even the Shock Gauntlet, I found - there's a bit in Charade Man's stage where it kills a lot of troublesome enemies quickly.)

Seeing all the actually good Mega Man hacks, I second the nomination for good Zelda hacks. U fortunately, pretty much all the good ones fall int the traps of being overlong with unreasonable levels of artificial difficulty.

Yes, but bear in mind that the game needs something to elevate it beyond just 'hey check out my custom levels or new mechanic'. It needs soul, whether fun or antifun. That said, if someone made an rpg out of super Mario world, I'd play it.

I tested a lot of the highest rated ones on zeldaclassic and they all pretty much have really bad conveyance and I end up wandering around until I find something to do. Which isn't that surprising since it's based off the original Zelda.

I want to say Mari06 was supposed to be a joke, but that would be implying that it was funny in the first place. I have no idea how you all survived long enough to record footage. Five people worked on that, and that's the end result, somehow. There's a lot of bad GameMaker Mario games, and without a doubt I can say this one was the worst.

Maybe this is a trite comment but I just have to say that the music made for MM Rock Force is god damned amazing. I could listen to Shockman's stage music forever. As for the game itself, I love the stage design but the bosses feel way too easy. I shouldn't be able to perfect a boss on my first attempt having not played a MM game in at least a decade, let alone four of them.
