I made an appointment and spent 40 minutes driving round trip to go to a T-Mobile store to transfer my sprint plan and buy a new phone. I show up and the guy tells me they literally can't do anything because their manager isn't there and he has to be there to do anything with Sprint. So maybe I shouldn't get T-Mobile?

So I went to a different tmobile store and they gave me $400 for my OG iPhone SE. Weird

I double checked to make sure. This is on Sprint Select / Essentials. My dad also switched today and they gave him 400 for his iPhone 6

Yeah I'm gonna be with T-Mobile for at least that long anyway, I might as well get half off a new iPhone out of it
