At least the "inherent skills can affect inherent skills" loophole means there's some potential for him to get clowned. ...Actually, the true power of The Gamer is to force your opponents to come at you in an orderly fashion, from weak to strong, so you have time to level rather than the final boss personally loving you up.

Shame, he was about to explain how to defeat him, and probably would be very happy and interested in being defeated * * assuming he got to back up his data

Spells and spell books exist within regular magic. Jeehan is immune to anything other than a Gaia-class power - the cult lady only got to him because messing with minds was her actual talent. So I think this should be fine.

JimmyT64 posted:Not if the insanity is an in-game effect. It could be an edge case, yeah. "Gamer's Mind" ignores all mental effects, e.g. he shrugged of that fear spell. He always acts as if things aren't happening to him, but a character he's controlling. So, the "insanity" would affect his 'character' but not him, the Gamer. On the other hand, Chtulhu corruption could be a Gaia-class effect, and that would bypass his Talent and affect him directly. Weeble weeble sclub.
