I have a question. The man had yellow eyes and the woman had dark eyes. However, after the man's final time loop, in his wife's memories he has blue eyes and she had yellow eyes. Does that mean the past has changed or is it something else?

I guess the ending was supposed to imply as well that there was never anything reeeeally wrong with the kid, he just had a lot of energy and a bit too much of a chip on his shoulder. If you're referring to this latest episode, you may want to rewatch it. The mom wasn't dead, she was in a coma and woke up at the end.
