Nope. Its still a territory. About every 4-5 years they vote on statehood.

Not sure if its ever been green lit by the ricans, but lol, we don't really want it in the Union. Hell, no one who matters wants anything south of West Palm Beach in the Union.

If Disney would ever offer a fair price we would evict the entire population so they could build a resort. Instead Disney just bought Cape Canaveral from the city council for some anual passes and Tinkerbell dust.

We probably should've incorporated Cuba as a state after the Spanish-American War, but we had an attack of idealism and let them go. Could've saved ourselves a lot of bother.

Nope.

But we can just up and decide we don't want them anymore and make them an independent country. Regardless of their input.

Unfortunately anyone born there before dissolution of the territory is still an American citizen. So we can't evict or prevent them from resettling in the US.

So I'm looking North and South. I have some extremely progressive and unique ideas on how to secure our Southern borders from children and how to ensure Canada pays tribute properly before harvest season.

Have you ever been to that god forsaken island? I'm not saying its a poo poo hole, I'm saying the earth's collective property value would rise by a measurable amount if it were wiped off the face of the planet by a hurricane. Its a cheap alternative to Hawaii like the Congo is a cheap alternative to Amsterdam. And just like the Congo, I would rather run into an angry silver back than one of the locals.

I think we still have some archaic laws on the books somewhere that allows us to strip people of their citizenship. So there might be a way out of it.

I have a solution to the Mexican boarder issue. But I get the feeling the dirtfoot hippies and D&Ders would poo poo themselves with rage at the first sound of MOABs making a Grander Canyon. Canadians are like that unemployed uncle who games the state for disability. Bitches and whines about how the country/government is going to hell but ultimately harmless because he is too lazy to actually get out of the lazy boy to do something about it. So gently caress it, not worth dealing with them.

France on the other hand, I want to see their most famous citizen have to raise a German flag over the parliament or what ever the gently caress their version of the capitol building is, and issue a formal appology for being French in the finest Austrian accented German they can muster up.
