Ivelisse is a real shame because she's quite good in the ring, but doesn't seem to get along with anyone and is one of those "dig deeper" types when she says ignorant poo poo on social media. I've wondered about AEW bringing her in for the Casino Battle Royale and then never bringing her back despite Ivelisse expressing interest on twitter all the time. Maybe she already pissed someone off. She did rip Tessa's arm out of socket once so I guess she's not all bad

She comes off as someone who stands up for themselves and is very sensitive about being disrespected. Which is sometimes good, her original locker room poison rumor was from her standing up for herself in WWE when the women were treated even worse than they are today. But, that also means she picks really messy unnecessary fights on Twitter and will than dig her heels in. The depression stuff is just flat out ignorant and hurtful.

Yeah, it would not shock me at all of the original "Ivelisse has a bad attitude" stuff was just misogynistic bullshit, but between her toxic attitude on Twitter and that most of her other opportunities have gone nowhere, it seems like there's something to it more broadly. If you're as good in the ring as she is (I once saw her get a great match out of Sonya Strong of all people that made me think Sonya had improved a ton when she hadn't) and have her look/charisma, but can't get signed—Lucha Underground excepted—over such a long period of time? Then there's probably something there.
