A note for the PS4 users, you should use the PS4 goons list. There's also a batch app for adding friends.

I have a lot more people than that showing up in the leaderboards, which is why I suggested batch adding everyone from the PS4 list thread I linked, the friend limit on PS4 is 2000 and there's only ~300 goons in the list.
