I mean, after seeing the explosive bullets, I kind of disappointed that the arrows are just arrows with neon lights. No, the bow is what it is. There is an acheivement for killing a Blood Dragon with the bow, but you just have to wear it down with other weapons and finish it with the bow. You have to hit the vulnerable point on it's chest, so it's still challenging to do.
