From my experiences, and what I've seen in seeing the inner workings of dating sites and stats and such:

Men typically have these kinds of categories:

- not interested in any way
- friend but not sexually attracted
- friend and would have sex with
- would have sex with, but wouldn't really want to be friends with
- would have sex with and date
- would have sex with and would marry/be long term with

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I don't understand why any guy would want to even try to gently caress someone they're not attracted to. If he/she doesn't get your penis hard, then it makes loving someone kind of difficult and can lead to all sorts of embarrassing situations. For women it's different, I guess, but for men there pretty much has to be a physical attraction if you want to get an erection, unless you're taking viagra or you have a really good imagination. But wouldn't just jerking off be an easier alternative if that's the case? At least you don't have to worry about hurting anyone's feelings.

Are you sexually attracted to your hand? Do you still get an erection when you have sex with your hand? Its kind of like that.

Yeah, but the different is that jerking off doesn't have all the baggage and consequences that comes with having sex with a real person that you're really not attracted to. Plus, if the person is gross, I don't think I'd be able to get it up no matter how good my imagination is.

Jim Norton shouldn't be calling anyone gross.

Is it just me or does Jim Norton look different. Especially in the poker table scene, there was something off about him. Maybe he's just getting older, or maybe he's working out and has bulked up. But he doesn't look like the same old fat little bald boy.

Gross is not the same as not attracted to. Real people often don't have baggage if you approach things maturely.

Sex changes gradually in scope and importance as people age. There are variations based on experience, issues, etc., but shows like Seinfeld, Louie, and Curb are semi accurate when it comes to those things - sometimes you have sex with someone just because you just feel like having sex with someone. They don't make a big deal about it, you don't, it's just a one night excursion or a fling. A lot of Louie episodes have he or the lady in question doing just that.

But how can you have sex with someone if you can't get it up? You don't need to have a erection to jerk off, but you kind of need one if you want to have sex with someone. This is the main reason why guys are generally shallower than girls. A physical attraction is sort of a requirement for me at least. That's not to say that someone can't grow on me after awhile and I can start to find them more attractive as I get to know them. But there needs to be at least some sort of initial attraction for that to happen. The reverse is also true. I've dated girls that I found very attractive at first, but they became less attractive to me as I got to know them.

Plus Louie's mom also recognised something was wrong with her son and sent him to therapy to get him the help he needed. I don't think she was meant to be unsympathetic at all.

No, she was definitely a different character from the batshit crazy lady that his mom became in the present day episodes. But it's still not cool to threaten to kick out your 12 year old son because you don't like him anymore. I could see a woman who threatens that becoming batshit crazy at some point.

Nah, if you listen to his Opie & Anthony appearances on youtube, he drops into that whole "political correctness is ruining society" bullshit a lot. Also, basically every time they talk about a woman, Louis will call her a oval office. Some of that might be him playing to Opie & Anthony's huge audience of dirtbags though.

A lot of that is just them making fun of themselves and ripping on each other. But yeah, O&A and pretty much all the regular comedians they have on the show hate political correctness and the censorship that comes with it, but then most comedians do. Of course radio hosts and comedians are going attack political correctness and censorship and defend free speech.

He was in at least one of the poker scenes. I think it was the second episode.
