I would love to leave one plugged in on my apartment's balcony without wondering if it'll be totally fried after it rains or something. I would get a weather proof box for the outlet if you own it, or a baby proofing plastic cover if you don't. Put the charger in that, something the size and quality of the Apple USB chargers should fit under one. At least their older Gen of little cubes. Otherwise look at anker brand stuff.

I mostly see fat people period But to contribute because I'm getting my threads mixed up, I snagged resident evil 2 on PS4 for $20 and a kindle oasis because somehow I think my paper white wasn't good enough! Expensive but it's a much nicer experience than the base paperwhite model I missed buttons on e-readers and that bigger screen size is niiice KingSlime has a new favorite as of 02:10 on Jun 4, 2020 |

Picked up this used Fuji road bike and added poo poo to make it a commuter (rear rack, lights, fenders, chain/lock, mirrors, smartphone holder). I'll need to replace the clip pedals as I never wear those types of shoes. It's been forever since I rode a road bike (mainly hybrids & mountain bikes) so as soon as the state opens up (theoretically mid-June) I can commute to/from work again.

I ordered this almost a year ago. I think it was technically a pre-order and it was slated for release early this year. But then Australia caught fire, and all that other poo poo happened. It's a wireless timecode sync module for my Atomos Ninja V monitor/SSD recorder. With a couple of other transceivers I already have (TCS Ultrasync Ones), I can timecode lock the Ninja V with my location audio recorder and slate (clapboard). Videography is a new frontier for me and a steep-rear end learning curve, but I am so into it. Also, this came in the mail today; same retailer but ordered only a few days ago. I have a licensed drone already but it literally won't take off in the 'blue zone' that is almost all of my neighbourhood. This one weighs 249g, 1g shy of having to license and register and having heavy geo-restrictions. It won't fly at the airport but I can legally fly it just about anywhere in the city. It's so light... like a croissant.

The only thing I miss from the Voyage is the origami case and being able to fully palm the voyage to hold it one handed.

I grabbed a nice brown leather case to go with it and with the back design it's so slick to hold. Nice fusion of leather and metal. I really missed the buttons so having them is fantastic again. Also, the ability to turn it over and use it upside down when I need to charge it while reading in bed (I lie on my belly) is another great perk. Kindle's are definitely the kind of thing it's nice to treat yourself to for the higher versions since they last for a decade.
