Deron is kind of out of luck unless he wants to play for the Bobcats or something.

Felton for Williams straight up, make it happen Phil

Abolish the draft, and if you win a championship you lose all your players and can't resign them. I don't see any flaws with this system.

I don't watch or follow college basketball. How sure of a sure thing are Wiggins/Parker/Embiid?

We have a whole dang thread to talk about the draft, dummies.

Can we instead have draft chat here and banish Giannis ceiling chat to a separate thread?

Ron Harper is known as a defensive stopper but seriously I do not know how he didn't make an All-Star game.

As a rookie averaged 22.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.5 steals, and a block per game with Cleveland. No ASG.

Two years later: 18/5/5, better than .500 from the floor and one of the league leaders in steals on a Cavs team that won 57 games. No ASG.

Even his final season as a Clipper before becoming a defensive specialist on the Bulls: 20.1/6.1/4.6 with two steals and a block per game as one of the better defenders in the league but he was stuck in NBA purgatory so no ASG.

There were a lot of really good shooting guards in the league in the 90's. He also only played like 30 games in a few of the seasons you listed so he was never going to make an ASG those years.

With the same leaping ability and lateral movement (for juking and cutting)?

Honestly, if there's any position in football that Lebron would play and destroy the game with it would be quarterback. 6'8" with his vision and level of skill would just be nuts.

On the one hand, the Heat get a lot of love from the refs because of their star power, but on the other hand, if Pacers games were called accurately their opponents would shoot 80 free throws a game.

I dunno, netw3rk is usually pretty funny, but that article was really lame. There is probably a funny premise in there, but he just posted a bunch of unrealistic trades with really unimaginative side-effects. What Lakers fan wouldn't make that trade? Oh no I spend 15 minutes worried that someone I care about is dead? I think if he went with much more severe/humorous side-effects (i.e. an actual "penalty" for Laker's fans getting that trade would be something like you will unexpectedly poo poo your pants after every Laker's win) or gone with some sort of hilarious unintended/tricky side-effect, like the Laker's get that trade but the coach of the team is Bill Simmons/Jimmy Buss/V Stiviano/Jack Nicholson, it would have been more in spirit with the inspiration for the article and been a much better execution.

Ahahaha, is this a real post
