1) Syrio was getting paid pretty handsomely I imagine.

2) Yeah Lady Olenna is pretty cool.

3) Jaqen owed her a debt. Or she owed the Red God a debt. Something like that.

4) She was Beric & Co's prisoner.

Really though aside from Yoren I don't think anybody there was helping Arya simply for the sake of helping Arya. Sansa...well...poor Sansa :(
