Ugh, I've been convinced by Jake to take my vote off him before because "trust me guys, you don't want to lynch me", and it lead to town losing (and Taste's SK victory). I can't let that happen again.

My hesitation to move off you is that I've been burned by you before, even if you are soft-claiming a power role this time instead of claiming 3P. I'm not sure why votefinder isn't updating. In any case, I've already explained my reasoning which is that I don't think town Jake would care so much about being lynched since I haven't seen him really care in the past and the only time I've seen him really fight against being lynched was when he was scum. Of course it's not an airtight case, it's Day 1, but it's the best I have at this point so I'm going with it. If you don't believe me then

I was conflicted on Jake. I voiced that conflicted feeling, that's all there is to it. As for the alignment confusion with Meinberg, I was also pretty distracted that evening with other things and then conversation got cut short by the hammer. If you feel I'm acting fake I guess there's nothing I can do to help with that. Your streak is going to be broken though Grandi. I guess since I'm -1 I might as well claim my very important position of vanilla town.

Sorry for being so apathetic, but I know that objectively I've made some scummy moves this game. I was one of the people arguing for Jake (which I hammered) and I didn't get in on the Meinberg vote. I'd be suspicious of those actions if it wasn't me. If you choose not to believe my reasons or think that I'm acting fake then I don't know if I can do anything to convince you otherwise. I'd fight harder but it feels like there's going to be people who aren't going to change their mind on me no matter what I say at this point.
