so also, heh, i have been trying to at least re-work my old pre-autoban av... i think i want to try to animate it just a bit, maybe eyes moving/blinking i keep seeing wiggly hair--like dr katz style--but i have no idea how to do that without taking days, any suggestions? e: is it just as simple and redrawing the hair on other gif layers and then animating? let's dissect a little of a dr.katz clip to see what's going on, then we can implement it in your av if you flip through it, they are subtly redrawn over 5 frames. The av is a bit complex so redrawing it 5 times would probably be a pain in the rear end. We could crop a dr.katz clip out and paste it on, but it would probably not look as crisp as the original av. blinking is nbd, just take the original eyes and redraw them over a couple frames. Since his eyes are so small, maybe we could have him raise his eyebrow or something. Here's a quick thing:
