Although it doesn't qualify as a sauce, I've been putting togarashi on just about everything for awhile. It's a blend of dried chiles, sansho, orange peel, sesame seeds and ginger. It's loving amazing and I'm pretty close to cutting scarface sized lines of it on a plate and calling it dinner.
