I wonder how many times we're going to be reminded that window toolbars are now translucent.

Spotlight enhancements are kinda cool. As it stands I've had a MacBook for a little over a year now and I *never* use Spotlight at all. This might change with Yosemite. Apple are definitely looking to get their users to not use Google for poo poo.

You guys really use Safari instead of Chrome?

I use Chrome on both my Mac and iPhone. Synced tabs and bookmarks and all that. I tried Safari, it's awful.

Man, this is a really convoluted way to gently caress up a perfectly fine image. Just type in the body of the email "hey look at the climbers!"

These are the kind of synergy features I was expecting when I originally got my MacBook. I'm happy to see this stuff implemented.

(I've been making phone calls with Gmail forever by the way) It's nice to be able to actually send/receive calls from my actual number, though.

First thought immediately... will we be able to record calls placed with our Mac?

I think it's so god drat silly that Apple is bending a lot of their business model to the fact that they don't want to play nice with a competitor that they used to rely on anyway.
